Beer Building of the Day: Architects Shin Bogdan Hagiwara, Thierry Decuypere, and Jorn Aram Bihain designed this marvelous Brussels World’s Fair pavilion made entirely out of beer crates — 33,000 in all.
The pavilion was constructed to mark the event’s 50th anniversary. After the pavilion is disassembled, the crates will serve out their time moving around bottles of Stella Artois.
Many more photos here.
